For the Field format, there are several choices: Code, Value, Field or any combination of the three.

Code : This is the code entered for the element. For example, if 'D730' was the code entered for a shift 07:30am to 04:00pm, then 'D730' would be displayed on the badge.

Value : This is equivalent to the 'Description' entered for the element. For example, if the description entered for the shift 'D730' was '07:30am to 04:00pm' ... '07:30am to 04:00pm' is what would be displayed on the badge.

Field : This is the Field Label as it appears under the elements column. This is used in combination with either the Code or the Value or both.
