The Attendance Specialty a series of reports in ETP. Weekly, Monthly, Yearly attendance etc. group of reports contains information about employee attendance on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis.
Below is the Attendance Specialty sub menu. To get more information about each report, click on the desired report.
Summary of an employee(s) attendance for a specified week.
Select the employee(s) to include in the report.
Select the 'Week' and 'Year' to display.
Check the appropriate boxes to display the legend and/or include overtime in the report.

Summary of an employee(s) attendance for a specified Month. As well as a complete summary, this report contains a bar graph for a better visual representation of the monthly attendance.
Select the employee(s) to include in the report.
Select the 'Fiscal Month' , then specify the months to include in the report. Check the appropriate boxes to display the legend and/or include overtime in the report.
PREVIEW or PRINT the report.
Summary of an employee(s) attendance for a specified Year. As well as a complete summary, this report contains a bar graph for a better visual representation of the monthly attendance. The report compares Available Hours against Worked Hours. It calculates lost hours and % attendance.
Select the employee(s) to include in the report.
Select the start 'Month' , then specify the 'Year'. Check the appropriate boxes to display the legend and/or include overtime in the report.
PREVIEW or PRINT the report.
A summary of a specified absent code for the year. For example, you may want to know how many days were lost due to employees who were AWOL (absent without leave), or how many sick days occurred in the last year.
Select the employee(s) to include in the report.
Select the Absent code. This report can only summarize one absent code at a time.
Specify the Year to search.
PREVIEW or PRINT the report.
This report is used to keep track of employees on who are or will be absent during the year, such as employees on vacation, WCB an example of an Absent code and/or an Employee Status code. , Leave of Absence, Suspension etc. The report is in a spreadsheet format and each absent code is assigned a pattern. The pattern used to represent the corresponding absent code on the report.
Follow the procedure below to setup and print an Employee Absenteeism Calendar ...
Select the employee(s) to include in the report.
Select the Date range for the report.
Click on the Pattern Assignments tab. Choose a pattern by clicking on the << >> buttons. Then select from the list of available absent codes, the codes in which to attach the selected pattern.
Continue attaching Absent codes to patterns until you have covered all the absent codes to be shown in the report.
Click on the Sorting/Options tab. Choose the sort method, include/not include the legend, show employee name only, and the paper size you will be using to print (letter, legal).

This report is a breakdown of attendance on a weekly basis. It allows you to specify what absent codes to look at and calculates the number of shifts lost (% of available shifts versus Reg hours lost, OT lost, etc.) due to each of the absent codes. For example, out of 80 shifts available, 5 were lost due to WCB, 8 shifts lost due to Sickness, 2 shifts lost due to AWOL.
Follow the procedure below to specify the parameters for your Summarized Weekly Attendance report.
Select the employee(s) to include in the report.
Select the Date range for the report. For example, in the screen below, the week of May 22/200 to the week of July 28/2000 has been set as the date range.
Specify the Absent code Breakdown as you would like it to appear on the report. Click on the drop-down arrows and select the absent code. You are allowed to select one each for WCB, LOA, and SL.

If your company has an Incentive program for perfect attendance, this is where you determine if and how much the employee will receive for their perfect attendance.
Select the employee(s) to include in the report.
Choose Week or Month by clicking the appropriate radio button. If by Week, select the week by clicking on the drop-down arrow, then select the year. Specify the number of weeks to show and how much to pay out per week for perfect attendance. In the example below, the employee will receive $25.00 for having perfect attendance for the week of May 22 to May 26/2000. If by Month, specify the Month start date and Year. Then enter the amount to pay per week.
